    We offer delivery services across the Globe. For International shipping, please contact our support team before placing an order.

  • Shipping Duration:
    • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)
    • Express Shipping (1–3 business days)
    • Free Shipping on orders over AED 900 (Standard only)
  • Order Processing Time

    Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Tracking & Notifications

    Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your shipment at any time via our website or the carrier’s website.

  • Delivery Time Estimates

    Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Damaged or Missing Items

    If you receive damaged or incomplete shipments:

    • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
    • Provide clear photos of the package and items.
    • We will investigate and either replace the item(s) or issue a refund.
  • Failed Deliveries / Incorrect Addresses

    Ensure your delivery address is accurate. In case of failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, re-delivery may incur additional charges.

  • In-store pickup (if available)

    You may choose to pick up your order from our store location. Please wait for a pickup confirmation email before arriving.

SAMPLE OF DELIVERY POLICY

We deliver our Products to all Countries and mainly UAE. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier.

Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 1 – 2 working days and from 4 to 10 working Days to Other Countries. UAE Delivery Fees will be a Flat Rate of AED: 10 and Delivery Fees outside UAE will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the country and location. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.
