Refund Policy Conditions

At Blessed Ventures, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase of the products, we offer a refund under the following terms:

  • Eligibility for Refund

    To be eligible for a refund:

    • The product must be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery.
    • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
    • All accessories, manuals, and original receipts must be included.
  • Non-Refundable Items

    Refunds will not be issued for:

    • Custom-built or configured systems
    • Software that has been activated or opened
    • Systems with signs of tampering, physical damage, or missing parts
    • Items returned after the refund period has expired
  • How to Request a Refund

    • Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for return.
    • Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for shipping the item back.
  • Shipping for Returns
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or sent in error.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
  • Inspection & Approval
    • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it within 3–5 business days.
    • After approval, your refund will be processed.
  • Refund Method & Timing
    • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 5-7 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
    • You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once the refund is processed.
    • It may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
